These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of services provided by Entertconsciousness Studios LLC, doing business as 'More Than You Hoped For' (hereafter referred to as 'More Than You Hoped For'), including but not limited to private sessions, workshops, programs, private online retreats, courses, the free chapter, and free insight sessions.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Services
1.1. HartWisdom
WHAT IS HARTWISDOM?
HartWisdom is a combination of Sharon’s transpersonal psychology background and Trevor’s energy healing expertise. Together, they integrate their unique skills to provide holistic spiritual mentoring and healing services. Both practitioners work individually but occasionally collaborate in group settings, bringing their individual gifts into the work to help others find balance, peace, and fulfillment through customized approaches.
1.2. The Discover Your Worth and Rising Strong Coaching Programs
The Discover Your Worth and Rising Strong Program are coaching programs designed for parents and family caregivers of children and adults with autism or neurodivergence. It focuses on self-discovery, self-care, empowerment, and family harmony. The program is open to all faiths and beliefs.
1.3. Quantum Dialogue Works™
Quantum Dialogue Works™ offers spiritual mentoring to individuals navigating life challenges, following a seven-step process toward joyful living. Participants take responsibility for their psycho-spiritual healing, with the practitioner serving as a guide and listener.
1.4. LightBody Engineering
LightBody Engineering is a spiritual healing practice focusing on balancing and restoring the body's natural energies. It aims to increase vitality, reduce stress, manage pain, and optimize health. Healing is the responsibility of the participant.
2. Acknowledgments and Disclaimers
Energy Medicine Is Not the Practice of Medicine.
Spiritual Mentoring Is Not the Practice of Psychotherapy.
Our services, including but not limited to meditation, alignment, visualization, energy healing, and spiritual mentoring, are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
3. Waiver, Release, and Assumption of Risk
3.1. Voluntary Participation
By participating in our services, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You understand that results may vary and are not guaranteed.
3.2. Release of Liability
You hereby release More Than You Hoped For, including Sharon, Trevor, and Jaison Hart, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3.3. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that engaging in our services may involve physical, emotional, or psychological risks, including but not limited to:
Experiences of energy flow.
Emotional releases such as grief, sadness, or anger.
Shifts in personal relationships or life patterns.
You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damage, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in our services.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. Commitment to Confidentiality
We are committed to keeping your personal information and discussions confidential.
4.2. Exceptions to Confidentiality
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
With Your Consent: When authorized by you.
Professional Supervision: Information may be shared anonymously for supervision purposes to enhance service quality.
Imminent Danger: If disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or others.
Legal Requirements: If required by law, such as court orders or legal actions involving us.
4.3. Emergency Policy and Termination of Enrollment: In the event of a personal emergency, including but not limited to suicidal thoughts or other crises, participants are encouraged to seek immediate professional help. Our program is designed to provide support, but it is not a substitute for professional mental health services.
4.4. participant Responsibility: If a participant's situation is deemed too intense for the scope of our services, we reserve the right to terminate their enrollment without a refund. Participants will be notified in writing of this decision.
5. Session Duration and Fees
5.1. Private Sessions
Duration: Sessions are typically one hour but may extend longer. (Insight sessions are usually 30 minutes but may be shorter or longer).
Additional Fees: Extended time will be billed in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.
5.2. Accelerator Breakthrough Retreats
Duration: Consist of 10 hours, usually 7 hours is scheduled over two days, and the additional 3 hours can be scheduled as hour and a half follow-up sessions.
Fees: Any additional time beyond the scheduled hours will incur extra charges.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1. Private Sessions and Retreats
Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
6.2. Online Accelerator Breakthrough Retreats
Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled retreat. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and at our discretion.
Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund.
6.3. Free 30-Minute Insight Sessions
Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled at least 4 hours in advance.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Allowed up to 2 hours before the session start time.
7. Group Recordings and Marketing Use
7.1. Group Sessions
We reserve the right to record group sessions for training, marketing, or educational purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please refrain from turning on your audio or video or participating live. By joining and participating in any group sessions, you consent to the use of these recordings in future marketing and educational materials.
7.2. Private Sessions
We typically do not record private sessions unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties. Any recordings made will be shared with the client and not distributed without further consent.
8. Testimonials
8.1. Testimonials
If you provide us with any written, audio, digital, or video testimonial, you agree that we may use it for marketing purposes on social media, websites, and other promotional materials without further consent.
9. Refund Policy
9.1. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered upon written request. All refund requests are at the sole discretion of More Than You Hoped For.
10. Participant Interactions
10.1. Responsibility
We are not responsible for the actions, comments, or behavior of other participants during group sessions. While we strive to foster a respectful environment, any disputes between participants must be resolved independently. More Than You Hoped For is not liable for any harm caused by another participant.
11. Ownership of Content and Copyright
11.1. Intellectual Property
All content created and distributed through Hart Wisdom Community, LightBody Engineering, More Than You Hoped For, including but not
limited to plays, songs, musicals, and movies, is the intellectual property of Sharon, Trevor, or Jaison Hart. You may not perform, distribute, or adapt this content without explicit written permission from the content owner.
12. Payment Methods
12.1. No PayPal Acceptance
We do not accept PayPal as a payment method. Accepted payment methods will be listed during the checkout process for our services.
12.2. 13. User Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
13.1. Acknowledgment
BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING SIGNING UP FOR THE FREE CHAPTER, SCHEDULING AN INSIGHT SESSION, OR PARTICIPATING IN HARTWISDOM COMMUNITY, LIGHTBODY ENGINEERING, MORE THAN YOU HOPED FOR, OR RELATED ACTIVITIES, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE AND RELEASE HART WISDOM COMMUNITY, LIGHTBODY ENGINEERING, MORE THAN YOU HOPED FOR, SHARON, TREVOR, AND JAISON HART FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS INCLUDES ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN ANY OF OUR SERVICES.
13.2. SMS Terms and Conditions
13.2.1. Program Description: This program sends appointment reminders, event notifications, and occasional promotional messages related to the 'Discover Your Worth,' 'Rising Strong,' and 'Accelerator Breakthrough' programs. The 'Discover Your Worth' and 'Rising Strong' coaching programs are designed for parents and family caregivers of children and adults with autism or neurodivergence, focusing on self-discovery, self-care, empowerment, improvement for the child or adult and family harmony. The 'Accelerator Breakthrough' program offers one-on-one intensive online VIP sessions to help participants achieve rapid progress in their personal growth and healing journey. By opting into the SMS service, users agree to receive regular updates and promotional offers regarding events, services, and book launches provided by 'More Than You Hoped For' and its related projects.
13.2.2. Canceling the SMS Service: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
13.2.3. Help and Support: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected]
13.2.4. Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Users may receive messages multiple times per week, depending on their engagement with our services. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
13.2.4.1. Sample Message #1: "Hi John! This is Sharon from More Than You Hoped For. Our appointment for [Date and Time] is confirmed. Please reply STOP to unsubscribe."
13.2.4.2. Sample Message #2: "Hey Brian! This is Sharon from More Than You Hoped For. I see that you weren’t able to make it for our appointment. Would you like to reschedule? Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
13.2.4.3. Sample Message #3: "Hi Shirley, this is Sharon from More Than You Hoped For. Don’t miss our upcoming event, “Rising Strong”, on [Date]. Reply STOP to opt-out of future updates."
13.2.4.4. Sample Message #4: "Hi Peter, thank you for your interest in the Accelerator Breakthrough Retreats. We’ll send you occasional updates and offers. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time."
13.2.4.5. Sample Message #5: "Hi [Name], exciting news! Our new book, [Book Title], is now available. Grab your copy here: [Link]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from future updates."
13.2.5. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OR MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. CHANGES WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING TO THIS PAGE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF OUR SERVICES AFTER ANY CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE NEW TERMS.
15. Acceptance of Terms
BY ENGAGING WITH OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN FULL. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
